Built a data pipeline that ingests NYC property transaction records (ACRIS), zoning data (PLUTO), and rental listings (StreetEasy) into a unified PostgreSQL database. Designed to identify new property owners within 60 days of purchase for targeted solar sales outreach. Engineered an optimized bulk loading strategy using unlogged staging tables and batched inserts to handle multi-gigabyte CSV ingestion.
Prompt injection vulnerability assessment on a production AI leasing assistant.
Conducted an independent security audit of a production AI leasing assistant used by major property management companies. Discovered prompt injection vulnerabilities that could expose system instructions, manipulate agent behavior, and extract sensitive configuration data. Authored a responsible disclosure report with severity ratings, reproduction steps, and remediation recommendations.
AI-powered sales relationship manager that automates follow-up and contact enrichment.
Designed and prototyped a CRM alternative that uses AI to automate relationship tracking and follow-up scheduling for sales professionals. Built a microservices architecture with asynchronous task processing to handle contact enrichment and intelligent outreach timing at scale.

Built a web scraping platform that aggregates independent and arthouse film showtimes across NYC venues including Metrograph, Angelika, IFC Center, and Film Forum. Consolidates fragmented screening schedules into a single searchable interface for cinephiles.
AI research docket generator for mapping intellectual landscapes.
A tool that generates structured research landscapes for any intellectual domain. Given a topic, Fieldmap maps the key papers, thinkers, debates, and open questions into an organized docket, accelerating the process of getting up to speed on unfamiliar fields. Inspired by Andrej Karpathy's autoresearch concept.
